Admission

Admission Process

Students aspiring to enroll in the BIT program at Birgunj Public College (BPC) must follow the outlined admission procedure:

Eligibility

Applicants must have passed +2 (or equivalent) with a minimum of ‘D’ grade in each subject
(‘D+’ for old grading system) and an aggregate GPA of at least 2.0, Or at least 45% marks in Intermediate with 100 marks in Mathematics/Computer Science or 3 years Diploma in any stream.

For ‘A’ Level, applicants must have obtained at least an E grade in each subject or an
aggregate of 45%.

Entrance Exam Application Form

University Entrance Exam application forms are available at all colleges offering the BIT program, including BPC. Applicants must submit the duly filled form along with required documents and photographs before the specified deadline.

Entrance Exam

Qualifying in the University Entrance Exam is mandatory for admission into the BIT program.

BPC Admission Form

Students who pass the University Entrance Exam must complete the BPC Admission Form. Those who have applied for the entrance exam through other colleges are also eligible to apply at BPC.

Personal Interview

Shortlisted students must attend a Personal Interview accompanied by their parents or guardians.

Offer Letter

Selected candidates will receive an Offer Letter for admission. To confirm their seat, they must submit their acceptance along with the required original certificates and testimonials within the given timeframe.

Enrollment

Upon receiving the letter of acceptance, the college will confirm the admission once the necessary fees have been paid.
