Notice: Summer Holiday Announcement

Dear Students, Parents, and Faculty,

Subject: Summer Holiday Extension due to High Temperature for B.I.M program

As the scorching heat of summer intensifies, we hope this notice finds you in good health and high spirits. We would like to inform you that, in light of the extreme weather conditions and for the well-being of everyone in our B.I.M program, we have decided to extend the summer holiday by an additional week.

The decision to extend the summer holiday is based on the current weather forecast, which predicts persistently high temperatures in the coming days. The safety and comfort of our students and faculty remain our utmost priority, and we believe that this extension will help ensure a conducive learning environment when classes resume.

Therefore, please note the following details regarding the summer holiday extension:

  1. Summer Holiday Extension: The summer holiday will be extended for an additional week.
  2. Revised Dates: Classes for the B.I.M program will now resume on 26th Jestha 2080, according to the Nepali calendar.

We understand the importance of education and the value of classroom instruction. However, we believe that taking precautions to safeguard everyone’s health during extreme weather conditions is equally vital. We kindly request all students to take this opportunity to rest, rejuvenate, and spend quality time with their families.

In the meantime, we encourage everyone to stay hydrated, avoid direct exposure to sunlight during peak hours, and follow other necessary measures to stay safe during this period of high temperature.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this extension, but we firmly believe that this decision is in the best interest of our students and faculty.

For any further updates or information, please refer to our school’s website or contact the school office during working hours.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Thank you for your continued support.

Wishing you a refreshing and enjoyable summer holiday!
