Notice: Session Break for BIM 76/6th
Dear Students of BIM 76/6th,
We hope this notice finds you in good health and high spirits. As the current academic session comes to a close, we would like to inform you about the session break and some important instructions regarding your attendance and summer projects.
Session Break
The session break for BIM 76/6th will commence from today 18th June 2023. During this period, regular classes will not be conducted, providing you with an opportunity to relax, recharge, and engage in self-directed learning and prepare for the final semester examination.
Teacher Availability: We understand that you might have questions or doubts that need clarification. In order to assist you, your teachers will be present on the campus throughout the session break. You are encouraged to visit the campus if you require any academic assistance. The teachers will be available during regular college hours, and their support will be invaluable in helping you progress with your studies.
Closure of Attendance: Effective from today, the attendance for the current session has been closed. However, this does not mean that you can’t access the college facilities. You are welcome to visit the campus for utilizing the resources available, including the library, computer labs, and study areas. Make the most of this time to deepen your understanding of the subjects and prepare for the upcoming challenges.
Submission of Summer Projects: We would like to remind you that the deadline for submitting your summer projects is on the 10th of Ashad, 2080. Please ensure that you complete and bring your projects to the campus on or before this date. The projects will be evaluated and will contribute to your overall academic performance.
We hope that this session break provides you with an opportunity to reflect on your learning, explore new areas of interest, and spend quality time with your family and friends. Make the most of this break to rejuvenate yourself for the next session.
