Notice: iT Hunt Competition – Campus-Wide Event

 

Dear Students,

We are excited to announce that our campus is organizing the much anticipated iT Hunt Competition! The event promises to be an exhilarating journey through three levels of intense competition, aimed at testing your problem-solving, debugging, and programming skills. This competition is open to all students of BIM from semesters BIM76, BIM77, BIM78, and BIM79.

Event Details:

Level 1: Quizzes – In this round, participants will face a series of challenging quizzes covering various aspects of information technology and computer science.

Level 2: Debugging – The second round will put your debugging skills to the test. Participants will be required to identify and rectify errors in given code snippets or programs.

Level 3: Programming – The final round will be a programming challenge that will push your coding abilities to the limit. Only the top-performing teams from the previous rounds will advance to this stage. (Any Programing language can be used)

Competition Rules:

Group Formation: Participants are required to form groups with a minimum of 4 members and a maximum of n Group can be formed. Each group must include students from all Semesters of BIM (BIM76, BIM77, BIM78, and BIM79). Please ensure that all group members are registered students of our institution.

Evaluation Criteria: Levels 1 and 2 will serve as the elimination rounds. Teams will be evaluated based on their performance in these rounds. Only the top <= 5 groups will advance to the final programming round.

Fair Play: We expect all participants to maintain the highest standards of integrity and sportsmanship. Any form of cheating or unethical behaviour will result in immediate disqualification.

Registration: To participate in the iT Hunt Competition, groups must register their team names and the names of all team members with the organizing committee before the specified deadline.

Competition Format: Each round will be conducted on-campus, and further details about the schedule and venue will be communicated to registered participants via email/or BIM Portal .

Prizes: Exciting prizes and certificates await the winners and runners-up of the competition, as well as the recognition of being crowned as the “iT Hunt Champions.”

We encourage all information technology enthusiasts to take part in this exhilarating event and showcase your skills. It’s an excellent opportunity to challenge yourself, learn from your peers, and gain valuable experience in a competitive environment.
